How long is the shipping process?

Everything is hand-made by one person (me, Zeinab!) If an item is labeled as preorder shipping will be 2-3 weeks after your order is placed. When items are in stock or not preorder they will ship within one week after your order is placed.

What payment options do you accept?

Returns/exchanges?
