Go-To Guide for Everything Flower and Garden Festival
The Taste of Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival is hands down my absolute favorite festival to attend at Walt Disney World’s Epcot. I would like to say that Eat to the Beat is my actual favorite festival because I get to see Hanson, but Flower and Garden has my heart and I’m ready to tell you why!
Make sure you save this post in your bookmarks because you’ll want to come back so you don’t forget to try all these amazing dishes on your next trip to the Flower and Garden Festival. This year it is running from March 3, 2021 through July 5, 2021! This is the longest it’s ever ran so if you ever missed it in the past this is your sign to go!

Global Gardens
You’re not going to want to miss out on the absolutely beautiful gardens filled with colorful flowerbeds and exotic plants and flowers all where you can learn about amazing sustainable foods and how Disney teaches us the ways we can live in beautiful harmony with the world and nature provided around us. Click here to see the full list from Disney Parks Blog.
Of course you know my absolutely favorite garden is The Goodness Garden Butterfly House Presented by GoGo squeeZ® at Future World West. I love this hands-on experience where, yes, you can actually interact with the butterflies, safely of course. If you’re super lucky and there at the right time you can even see a butterfly in it’s final stages of emerging from it’s chrysalis!
Outdoor Kitchens
If you’ve learned anything from my last two articles you know I LOVE my food! So without further ado, let’s get into the BEST part of the festival in my opinion, the Flower & garden food! I will touch base on a few of my MUST TRY foods but be sure to check out the full list on Disney Parks Blog.

Fun For Kids of All Ages
The Taste of Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival offers some amazing exhibits and interactive gardens for all the kiddos to enjoy! You already know The Goodness Garden Butterfly House is my number one go-to (free) but there is also a Health Full Trail (free), Spikes Pollen-nation Exploration ($7.99), and Egg-stravaganza Scavenger hunt ($7.99), and the Jammin’ Gardeners (free). I think I’m definitely going to hit up that scavenger hunt in 47 days! Click here for detailed description of each from Disney Parks Blog.
I can’t wait to get back to this festival with some of my best friends and enjoy ALL the amazing things!
